Be prepared. Stay resilient. Act with confidence.
Krisenwerk supports organizations and individuals as they prepare for demanding assignments and uncertain environments. Since 2017, our Hamburg-based team has worked with clients worldwide to build practical skills, confidence, and teamwork.
What we focus on
- Training is at the heart of what we do. We design realistic crisis management courses for teams, using live simulations to help groups practice real-time decision-making and cooperation.
- Our trainers support new and established teams, guiding them through everyday tasks and full-scale crisis scenarios.
- If a real crisis occurs, we’re ready to advise and can connect you to trusted service providers for support in the field.
- For each group training we customize everything—length, intensity, and content are agreed together. Whether it’s a one-day travel safety session or a multi-day HEAT/HEFAT training, every course is carefully tailored to fit your needs.
- Our open seminars for individuals are described in detail on this website.

How we work
- All measures are developed closely with our clients, ensuring that solutions fit into your existing processes and structures.
- The core of our trainings are realistic simulations, using props and technical equipment to create experience-based learning opportunities.
- We debrief immediately after exercises and jointly develop lessons learned in an open, structured exchange
- Our methods and didactics are based on adult learning principles and draw on experiential learning approaches.
- We limit pure instruction to those elements where it is truly needed, for example when introducing technical equipment such as satellite phones or fire extinguishers.
